1. Eligibility: This Sweepstake is offered and
conducted by Art Life Media, Inc. and is open to all its Art Life
Images customers or potential customers, eighteen (18) years of age
and older as of September 1, 2007. Employees and current 2007
contractors of Art Life Media, Inc. and their respective parents,
related, subsidiary and affiliated companies and prize suppliers of
Art Life Media, Inc. are ineligible to enter into the Sweepstake.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstake is
subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and
regulations. The selected winner must be a registered user of the
Art Life Images website, at web address URL
http://www.ArtLifeImages.com, with a valid and working email address
at the time of drawing.
2. To Enter: The Sweepstake’s promotional period begins at 12:00:01
a.m. Eastern Time on September 15, 2007, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m.
Eastern Time on November 19, 2007. An eligible Art Life Images
registered website user in good standing automatically receives one
Sweepstake entry for each order transaction of any combination of
single image, CD or VCD license purchases made during the
promotional period (including online, telephone and mail-order
purchases).
To enter without purchase: Hand-print your name, address, city,
state, zip, day, Art Life Images registered email address and
evening phone numbers and the words "Art Life Thanks-giveaway
entry" on a 3"x 5" card, and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Art
Life Images, Thanks-giveaway Sweepstake , 11883 Magnolia Falls Dr.,
Jacksonville, FL 32258. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by
November 10, 2007, and received by November 18, 2007. Only one entry
per stamped envelope will be accepted. No mechanical reproductions
permitted. Entries become the property of Art Life Media, Inc. and
will not be returned or acknowledged. Contestant must be a
registered Art Life Images website user, found at the website URL
address http://www.ArtLifeImages.com , with a registered, valid and
working email address.
3. Drawing: On November 20, 2007, a random
drawing from among all eligible entries received (orders and
mail-ins) will be conducted. Should a winning Sweepstake contestant not
respond to the winner notification process or found ineligible, a
new drawing will be conducted and the notification and acceptance process repeated until the prize
is successfully awarded.
4. Odds: Estimated odds of winning depend
upon the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: One
Grand Prize will be awarded. The final Grand Prize is (1) Dell Vostro 200 model desktop PC computer system which includes a 19”
widescreen flat panel display monitor (see further specifications
contained in this ad). The final Grand Prize winner will receive no
cash equivalents, transfers or substitution of prizes permitted
except at the sole discretion of Art Life Media, Inc., and reserves
the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable
or greater value. If applicable by law, winners are responsible for
the payment of all taxes on the prize.
6. Winner Notification
Process: On or about November 21, 2007 the notification process for
the potential winner will begin with an email sent to the Sweepstake
contestant's Art Life Images website registered email address and then an
attempt will be made by phone using the phone number provided by
the contestant or found in their Art Life Images
registered user phone contact information. Failure in notification
and of acknowledgment of acceptance of the prize within 3 calendar
days from the time of the initial notification attempt will result
in forfeiture of the prize and Art Life Media, Inc. reserves the
right to select an alternate potential winner. By entering this
Sweepstake and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use by
Art Life Media, Inc. and their designees their names and
photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for
this and similar future promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in
any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised
(including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional
compensation except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winner
agrees to consent to such in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability: By
participating in the Art Life Images Patron Thanks-giveaway
Sweepstakes you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Art
Life Media, Inc., its employees, contractors and sponsors from and
against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any
liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation
in the Sweepstake or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse
of the prize. Art Life Media, Inc. reserves the right to modify
prize and prize award procedures at any time. Art Life Media, Inc.
reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time.
8. Who Won?: The name of the winner will be available after November 30,
2007, and posted at the website address URL
